ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MISSION STATEMENT
We believe in the importance of safeguarding natural resources and the global environmental heritage. We are committed to our employees, customers, and communities; their health, safety, and understanding of the need for each individual's environmental stewardship. We believe that environmental health and safety goals can and should be consistent with economic health.
MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
The executive management at Menasha Packaging consistently demonstrates an elevated consciousness of and commitment to environmental health and safety. This accountability includes individual responsibility of line managers regarding the environmental health and safety performance of their decisions.
COMPLIANCE
All operations will comply with federal, state, and local regulations and all Menasha environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures. All operations will be routinely evaluated to determine compliance with this policy, as well as the effectiveness of their plan and progress.
TRAINING AND EDUCATION
We will provide training and education opportunities to maintain compliance; improve the knowledge of our environment, health and safety coordinators; and increase employee awareness and involvement.
