PROJECT MANAGEMENT ON-SITE AND OFF
ProPLUS is a unique service we developed in response to customers looking for expertise in managing the entire merchandising life cycle. One of the main features for larger consumer packaged goods (CPGs) customers is the option of bringing a Menasha Packaging product manager on site to support their merchandising initiatives.
We can also assign a dedicated project manager – who works out of our facility – to any of our customers. Many of these professionals become an extended member of their customer's merchandising team's infrastructure, taking on responsibilities within the customer's systems and processes.
Our project managers are highly skilled and strategic individuals who understand how to navigate merchandising supply chains successfully. They are available to come on site to assist with spec writing for the packaging portion of your assembly line. All project managers have access to and are trained to utilize Menasha Packaging's most strategic retail insight, intelligence, and resources.

Another project management tool we offer is a customized website to view and report merchandising project information from concept through execution and shipping. The site is accessible by our customers and their third parties 24/7, anywhere in the world, via a secured individual login. This strategic management tool can segment the information they need by project, display, brand, or customer.
